Apple iTunes Match open for business

The much anticipated iTunes match service is up and running.  What is it?  Well, if you have an iTunes account, with this service, it will scan your music collection and give you access to the same songs through iCloud.  iCloud is Apple's new cloud online storage service.  The benefit is that you no longer have to carry your whole collection with you, as long as your device has network connectivity, you can listen to anything you own.  Even if the music is music you did not buy, you can pay $24.99 a year and iTunes will match everything you own, whether you purchased it legally or illegally.  For all the old Napster alumni, this is your safe haven!
