Stunning 20 questions game you must play

Ok, think of something, an item, person, place, thing and go to this website.  It will ask you 20 questions and chances are high that it will figure out what you are thinking.  I played and almost passed out that it figured out what I had in my mind.  I now see how a computer won on Jeopardy.
