Suggestions on a Dell Mini 10

Finally a problem that is stumping the local tech guy.   How to restore a corrupt bios on a Dell Mini 10 netbook.  Digging through many forums have come up with many possible solutions.  Some involve a USB floppy drive, some involve shooting the nearest Dell Tech Support Member.  If anyone has a solution, let me know, lol!  Help!
