Try to remember your passwords

It is astonishing how many calls I get from people who need help in retrieving their passwords.  The story typically goes that they created a password for an account online and can no longer remember it.  It is even more frustrating that they cannot even remember what email account they used, thus making the password reset on sites meaningless.  Please, please, take a little time to remember your password, or at least the basics on how you created and managed it.  If I could retrieve it as easily as many think I can, then it is really isn't a good password or password system.  This is dedicated to my wife for the mayhem she created for me this evening.  :)
